Who I Am & How I Got Here.

THE BODY WAS NEVER THE PROBLEM

IT WAS THE PORTAL

Before I had language for any of this…
before “quantum,” “energy,” “healing”…

my body was already leading.

I just wasn’t willing to hear it yet.

Because the body doesn’t speak in performance.
It doesn’t care about control.
It doesn’t respond to force.

It speaks in sensation.
In truth.
In signals most people are trained to override.

And mine got loud enough that I couldn’t ignore it anymore.

Everything I do now comes from that place.
Not theory.
Not something I read.

Lived. In my body. Through fire.

Grief Blew The Door Open.

Then my father died.

And everything I thought was “real” cracked.

After he passed, I had a Reiki session where I felt him hold my hand…
the same hand I held when he died.

Not imagined. Not hopeful.
Felt.

Clear. Direct. Undeniable.

That moment didn’t comfort me.

It woke me up.

Because suddenly… reality wasn’t what I had been told it was.
And I couldn’t unfeel that.

So I stopped looking for answers that made sense…
and started following what was true.

I Don't Follow Systems.

I Follow What's Real.

Mediumship came first because it was the closest language I had.

And I could do it immediately.

But I saw really fast where things got distorted.

Rules.
Formulas.
“Do it this way.”
“See it like this.”

That wasn’t how it moved through me.

I didn’t “see” like they said I should.
I felt.
I heard.
I knew.

And more than that…
I could feel when something wasn’t clean.

When spirituality became performance.
When people were being taught to override themselves instead of trust themselves.

That was a line I was not willing to cross.

So I stopped trying to fit into systems that required me to betray my own knowing.

That decision changed everything.

This Is Where My Work Was Refined.

Reiki deepened it.

Not because it was flashy…
but because it was clean.

Direct.
Effective.
Real.

No performance.
No proving.
No attachment to the story.

Just: what is actually needed here?

That became the standard.

Not more noise.
Not more techniques.

Truth.

Again and again, I was shown the same thing:

You don’t need more.
You need what’s real.

Then My Body Said Pay Attention.

Breathwork took it further.

Way further.

During a session, I got a clear message:
get your lungs checked.

At 41… I was diagnosed with emphysema.

Let that land.

I felt everything that came with that.
Shock. Fear. Anger. Grief.

And then I made a decision.

I was not handing my power over.

For 12 weeks, I worked with my body.
Breath. Energy. Intention. Every single day.

When I went back?

Nothing.

No emphysema.
No explanation.

That wasn’t luck.

That was the moment everything locked in.

The body is not broken.
The body is intelligent as hell.

And when you actually listen…
everything changes.

What I Do Now.

I don’t teach people how to “be better.”

I don’t give you another system to follow.

I don’t hand you scripts, rules, or identities to perform.

I strip away what isn’t true.

The patterns.
The over-efforting.
The control.
The survival identities you’ve been living inside of for so long they feel normal.

And I bring you back into your body.

Because that’s where your truth is.
That’s where your power is.
That’s where everything reorganizes.

This work is:

Embodied.
Energetic.
Quantum.
Direct.

It moves through your body, your field, your reality.

Not as a concept.

As a lived shift.

What I Stand For.

Truth. Not performance.
Embodiment. Not control.
Discernment. Not blind belief.
Depth. Not noise.
Devotion. Not force.

And I stand for the woman who is done pretending.

Done holding everything together while slowly disconnecting from herself.

Done asking for permission.
Done overriding what she feels.

The one who knows… there is more.

More truth.
More power.
More aliveness.

And she’s ready to stop playing small inside her own life.
