I’m not here to heal you. YOU can and will do that all on your own. But as humans, we forget how until we actively and deeply lean into that remembrance. This is where I come in!

I’m here to be your guide on the journey back home to yourself. I’ll walk with you through the shit storm, reminding you of your power, holding your hand, and channeling messages of love along the way.

I am a Quantum Akashic Embodiment Guide, Intuitive Usui and Kundalini Reiki Master Healer and certified Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Coach. I do all of this in the Akashic Records in the Quantum Field! I am obsessed with bringing them all together! This is how transformation happens. 

I am an eternal student of life, always seeking out new adventures in learning, growing, and spreading love. I'm on a mission to build a deeper bond with myself, explore the different facets of my existence, and make meaningful connections with others. Yep, that's me! I wear the hats of a devoted wife and a proud mom to teenage twins - one boy and one girl, because life likes to keep me on my toes. I'm also a daughter, a sister, and a friend to some incredible souls. 

My healing journey began when my Dad passed away, and I broke.

It shattered me to my core. Talk about feeling like a lost and scared kid all over again! I felt so small as if I were hiding in a corner curled up in a little ball - sobbing, scared, lost, and thinking WTF am I supposed to do? Here I am, a grown-ass woman, brought to my knees by this grief. How was I supposed to continue living my normal life? How was I supposed to recover from this?

This is where my healing journey back home to myself began. My father now is walking this path with me from the other side.  Our relationship has changed however in so many ways we are even closer now.  It might not be the physical relationship but I still get my Dad energetically.  For that I am grateful. 

To say I’m in love with energy healing would be an understatement!

I am committed to keeping my energy aligned everyday and prioritizing my continual healing so I can be a clear channel.

My mission is to wake up humanity to help YOU REMEMBER WHO THE FUCK YOU ARE and transcend. I do this through various modalities, always in the Quantum Field and the Akashic Records, including Reiki, Breathwork, Akashic Records readings and clearings and guiding women through somatic healing.  Guiding you back home to yourself!

My Aligned sessions Akash-Reiki-Breathwork Journey's has forever changed my life. I mean EPIC TRANSFORMATION. I couldn’t be more grateful.  The peace, joy, and true unconditional love and feeling of safety and being at home in my body is freaking insane.  Our bodies are literally the realms.
